The suction pyramid is the recommended suspension product for laminated sockets. Its one-way air expulsion valve is positioned inside a four-hole pyramid adapter. The pyramid gets bolted onto the distal end of the socket.
The kit also contains the required laminated socket attachment block. The kit is available in three different versions for adults (one of which has a weight limit of 160 kg), and one pediatric version.
