Application
  • Laminating resin 80 : 20 for the manufacture of pieces like orthoses and prosthetic sockets

Material
  • Acrylic resin (PMMA) with 20 % soft resin

Processing
  • Store at a max. temperature of 35 °C, always in tightly sealed containers, recommended
  • temperature: 15 – 20 °C
  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Use 1 – 3 g hardener REF 70.805.0XX.0X for 100 g resin, depending on reinforcement, for curing
  • Adding approx. 2 g coloring paste REF 70.699.200.XX, black color shortens pot time
  • Weigh all components and mix thoroughly
  • Curing is gradual and begins at the areas with the highest concentration of resin as well
  • as the most carbon fiber
